Windows 98 SE detects this 4Mb PCMCIA card as "Memory Device (MTD A-089).

I found the driver in quite a werid way: searched google for MTD A-089, only one hit, and that was a dead link. So I backed up in the directory path, and poof, on http://www.hepya.com/files/windows/drivers/storage I get a storage.zip which contained among others, this driver.

Windows detected it as a removable drive, but I can't format it. It's also possible that the card is damaged in some way, since it's 5 years old or so.
