I haven't tried this yet, but I hope it helps. I had tons of trouble trying to find this driver...
To install... unzip the file to whatever seems appropriate, then when Windows detects the card, select "have disk," then browse to the file. Easy cheesy. Should work, but like I said, I haven't tried it yest... I'm just happy to have it at all.
