Only runs on Windows 9x family. This is the TWAIN driver for the Topcam TC-800 Digital Still Camera, that has an LCD on the back, unlike the Chicony TC-800 which does not have the picture viewing LCD. Original CD comes with ULead Photo Express SE which I have not included because it is copyright.
