This package provides the audio driver for Microsoft Windows 98 users. Only the following Machine Types and Models are supported - ThinkPad i Series 1400 2621 - 422, 429, 442, 482, 486, 489, 49x, 4Ex, 4Fx, 4Gx - ThinkPad i Series 1500 2651 - 542, 549, 54G, 562, 569, 56G, 592, 5FF "Installation instructions Start Windows 98. Extract this package to the hard disk. Click on 'Start' then click on 'Run...'. In the Run dialog window, type " C \DRIVERS\W9X\AUDIO\SETUP.EXE " to install the audio driver. Click OK to start the installation process. If you extracted the files to a different location, specify that location instead. Follow the instructions on the screen. Restart the system for the driver to be effective."
