It took me forever to find this driver, but I finally found it by submitting the motherboard serial into a search engine and chasing the driver down through drivers for the motherboard (Made by VIA Technologies)

I know I'm a year let for the original post but there may be others out there who have suffered like me. I hope it helps someone.
