This driver is for the 5 port USB 2.0 PCI host card. Marketed and sold as Compaq CPQ5PHC this was made by Micro Innovations; that company no longer has the driver so I got this by the Pacific Cable website. For Windows 2000 and XP(32-bit) but might work in Win98SE. UnZip this to a temp folder. In that folder choose UC-160, then Windows, then run the U2v2_062 executable file and it should self-install. Works perfectly in my Win 2000 Pro! Had a difficult time to search for this driver and I hope it helps others. Good luck folks!
