This driver also works on this modem. Download both of my files and use them in conjunction to update or just use. Both of my files work for my ProGen PC with AMI motherboard model# M748MR. PC-Chips no longer is providing the proper drivers for this MB. This driver is provided by E-Tech. Use windows "Find the best driver for this device" after you unzip it. By using both files I have provided here(Use the PCTel one first) everything seems to work properly and is updated as far as you can go with this modem. GOOD LUCK!!
