1.Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the MDM_213.EXE file to begin the installation. 2.At the "Conexant SoftK56 Data/Fax PCI Modem Driver Utility - Welcome" box, click Continue. Several setup boxes will appear during the installation. As the files are installed, these boxes will close automatically. 3.At the "Setup Complete" screen, select "Yes, I want to restart my computer now" (if it isn't already selected) and click Finish. As Windows restarts, the modem hardware will be redetected and the updated drivers will be installed.
