IomegaWare Updater for Mac O/S 10.2.X While using the Iomega External Hard Drive with FireWire, the system may indicate that the Iomega drive is password protected and prompt you for a password. On USB the drive should work just fine. This issue is related to a conflict with IomegaWare software previously installed on the computer. We suggest you download and install this patch to fix the issue.
