This driver is for win9x, just unzip this file to any folder on your harddrive (e.g. c \Yamaha) then check your device manager for any unknown device (be sure that unknown device is your sound card) remove it all(it might be more than one unkown device) then click refresh point to your location e.g c \yamaha then continue. The system will install all the necessary file needed to run your sound card.
