works supposedly for Win95, 3.1, and dos. I would assume for Win98 as well. Bus type Cd-rom drive. Worked fine for me. Good luck.
If you have trouble with the sound card on Win9x check you resource allocation and select "Default Configuration 1" instead of configuration 0.
