After decompressing this file in a temporary folder, I opened control panel in windows and the add new hardware program. I answered no upon windows requesting auto detection. In the next screen I selected sound, video, game controllers. Upon request of the manufacturer I selected have disk. I then browesed for the temporary directory and entered the decompressed driver location. Under the models window I selected Crystal PnP Audio System Joystick, and installed the software. You then need to reinsert the windows 95 disk to load some Joystick drivers. Once completed the soundcard seemed to function properly.
