click add/new hardware. Do not let it detect, manual click the com and install the communication port by using the unzipped file of the 2.17mm driver. The communication port will change to HSP PCTEL COMMUNICATION PORT, from there that u install the modem driver from the unzipped file again and change to the HSP com port by using the HSP336-deluxe PNP Modem
