This NIC (SOHOware Auto 10/100 PCI Fast Ethernet Adapter) is distributed by @Home internet service distributors. Its OUI (Organizationally Unique Identifier) found on the sticker (on NIC) under the barcode (first six characters) is 0080c6 (which points to NATIONAL DATACOMM CORPORATION). I used this driver for Win2k Pro but I'm sure it will work for 98, NT, and 2000, maybe XP but don't bet on it.
