Found this driver @ www.amquestmodem.com Surprisingly It installed on WinXP. I queried the modem and it came back with a response. I haven't dialed with it yet but it should work. This may work with Win2K as well. This even comes with a V.90 Upgrade that updated 56Flex to V.90!!!
