This should upgrade your BIOS for larger HDD support. Unzip to get an exe file. Run this to get the program and data files. Save all files to a bootable floppy. Boot your PC from the floppy. Run the Awdflash program. Enter the new BIOS name (AI5TV9.bin) including the BIN extension. When asked to save your old BIOS say yes - just in case...!. When this has saved, say yes to program your BIOS. Ignore the error about program file number not matching. Worked ok for me - recognised my 13GB HDD.

Not sure what the difference between v8 and v9.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager

  1. Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.

  2. Select the Driver tab.

  3. Click the Update Driver button and follow the instructions.

In most cases, you will need to reboot your computer in order for the driver update to take effect.
