"Works great for this Westell USB wireless NIC

only quirk is if you try to repair the NIC usinf the XP repair feature that disables and reenables the nic it will not work (will not disable) goung to device manager drilling down in show by connection view to the usb nic and disableing the usb "hub" it is attached to then re-enabling does work and does the same

How to Update Odyssey Network Services Device Drivers Quickly & Easily
