WARNING Flash Upgrade is only for modems with Model Number D56RSN-A0D. This number is located on the barcode sticker which is either on the side of the modem or underneath, depending on which model you have. Do not use with any other model. Also note that using any flash upgrade can render your modem inoperative if done incorrectly. Contact Swann Tech Support if you are unsure about performing this update. Note When installing under Windows NT, Windows will detect your SwannSmart as a standard Modem. Select 'Change', Select 'Swann Communications' from the 'Manufacturer' list and Select 'SwannSmart56K External' from the 'Modem' list.
