This driver was taken directly from the CD that came with the Telemax WC-50 Webcam.
File uploaded due to the fact that it is difficult to find anywhere (Telemax's site has been down for days).
Just run the setup.exe program PRIOR to connecting the webcam - it'll install the correct driver based on your operating system. Hope it works as well for you as it did for me.

How to Install a driver from Device Manager
Locate the device and model that is having the issue and double-click on it to open the Properties dialog box.
