VERSION 4.03. This works very well with win 98, WinNT4, It should work with Win2000. I've used it with XP with intermitant results. eg..use with MSWord or power point from office 2000 will give a twain error in XP but the software worked fine in Adobe image reader and photo shop. Go figure
